I am the Director of Scheduling for Quandel Enterprises. Quandel constructs hospitals, schools, healthcare facilities, waste water treatment plants, and higher educations factilities. I am responsible for all the aspects of scheduling on these projects. This inlcudes working with the project team to develop baseline schedules which meet the project requirements. In my role as Director of Scheduling at Quandel Enterprises, Inc. I am responsible for approximately 35 project schedules. Their locations range between 3 and 500 miles from where I am located in our main office. I am hands on with some projects and supervise 2 schedulers for others. All of the schedules are developed using the Critical Path Method.  Primavera is our scheduling software of choice. For GC and CM at Risk jobs, I will work with the project team to develop the approved baseline schedule.
