  • Generate cost analysis and cost proposal for additional works.
  • Established construction baseline schedule using PRIMAVERA (P3ec) in accordance to contract specifications of the project.
  • Monitor the construction progress and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress report; monthly interim payment request.
  • Summarize Bill of Quantities based on approved drawings and finalize As-Built Quantities
  • Assist contract manager in producing claim documents.
