I have a degree in the classics from UCSD in San Diego. Spent the first 15 years of my career making schedules FOR contractors and the last 20 working with project teams to jointly develop the project schedule. I greatly prefer the latter method. Have completed nearly 500 project scheduling assignments worth an aggregate value of nearly 12 billion dollars. My primary emphasis is schedule setup but I also perform some schedule maintenance on smaller projects. I have conducted seminars in scheduling for ENR top 20 construction contractors.
