Position: PLANNER/ PROJECT ENGINEER

Description of Project:

·        Investor: Petro Vietnam Nghe An Cement JSC.

·        Places: Hội Sơn - Anh Sơn - Nghệ An

·        Total Capital Investments (TCI): 814.000.000.000 VND;

·        Capacity: 1,500 tons of clinker/day, equivalent to 550,000 tons of cement/year

·        Total project area: 15.7 ha

·        Implementation Phase: 2013-2015

Responsibilities:

·        In charge of construction work plan: monitoring work progress, preparing and monitoring materials, work equipment throughout construction process.         

·        Prepare investment reports, investment projects.

·        Controlling cash flow projects under implementation situation.

·        Controlling the project from the early stages until the end of the project handover, ensuring adherence to the project requirements in terms of quality and progress of the investor.

·        Management and control of the entire project cost.

·        Prepare Weekly progress report/Monthly progress report, check report before issuance;

·        Support for final documentation;

·        Support Commercial Dept. to prepare some supporting document (Completion Certificate) for payment;

Other actions instructed by Project Manager.
