o    Managing and conducting of works accomplishment in Planning Department

o    Development of necessary documentation, provision of reasonable use of material, financial and technical means of the company

o    Revelation and usage of production reserves with the purpose of achieving better work effects of the enterprise

o    Developing of system of encodings, regulations and accounting and its reduction into integrated, universal and clear form

o    Conducting project planning works with the use of procedural and organizational documents like: SNiP of RoK, ENiR of RoK, project management manual RMVOK 2004, works production methods and other regulatory documents

o    Planning and tracing of works at SGP and SGI industrial sites of Tengizchevroil LLP (construction of industrial designs, petroleum trunk lines, processing lines)

o    Acquaintance with project documentation (Drawings, job packs and etc.)

o    Compiling of work breakdown structure in accordance with technical documentation and calculations provided by  cost estimating department and project manager

o    Developing of works production network schedules of different levels allowing for optimizing of time outlays, using of reserves and expenses under deadlines

o    Scheduling of source move histograms, scheduling of charts, work progress calculations in agreement with preproduction department and responsible person for construction works

o    Preparing reports on the basis of technical requirements of the customer

o    Controlling of works production provided in compliance with target plan approved by customer

o    Participating in production meeting provided by customers

o    Regular visiting construction sites for detailed analysis of technology and specific features of works production

o    Assigning information on progress of completed works in percentage to cost accounting department

o    Revelation of work delay and outstripping ahead of schedule; finding of technical solutions for increasing of production rates and reducing delays

o    Developing of schedules and diagrams, preparing of legal documentation, filling in questionnaire forms for participating in tenders provided by: TENGIZCHEVROIL, AGIP KCO, KATCO, NCPOC and others
