Ø  Study the Contracts, Schedules, BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, Scope of supply and other Job related details.

Ø  Preparation of Schedules as per the Contract and as well as requirement of client using Primavera with detailed work break down structure & activities and tracking time to time with S- Curve for the Control of Projects.

Ø  Preparation of budgets, costing related reports, Management Information System (MIS) reports for the project activities with bottle necks and slippage solutions.

Ø  Preparation and keeping records of the events related to the project.

Ø  Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report.

Ø  Preparation and submission of Monthly bills, PVC bills with proper back up documentation.

Ø  Preparation of progress monitoring sheets for every activity.

Ø  Preparation of L4 Schedule for various activities as per the contract.

Ø  Coordinating with Client, Consultants and Sub-Contractors.

Ø  Coordinating Engineering, Procurement and Construction Activities.

Ø  Interfacing between owner management, client, vendors, contractors with support from planning, costing, engineering etc.

Ø  Preparation of Costing and Budget planning with assurance of quality throughout project.
