Project Planning & Management

•    Managing overall operations for executing oil and gas construction projects like refineries within time parameters. Have             knowledge of Primavera with CPM and PERT scheduling techniques.

•    Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower              Planning to ensure timely execution of projects.

     Site & Construction Management

•    Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective      resource utilization to maximize the output.

•    Have in depth knowledge of piping, equipment, structures standards, codes, sections and site activities.

     Project Co-ordination & Control

•    Dealing with client, subcontractors and vendors, attend client progress review meeting, Work Order Release.

•    Co-ordination activities with head office, engineering team and site office for the drawings, MTO, materials, schedules, bills     , etc.

Contracts (Billing) Management

•    Looking after the structure, equipment and piping running account bills submitted by sub contractors and vendors.

•    Invoice and payment certification of all the subcontractors and vendors.

•    Prepare all kind of documents for  client billing .
