Establish the Phese 2 schedule and maintain progress. Establish the schedule for full project execution at Level 2 and the detailed Phase 2 / Phase 3 ‘Gate’ schedule, to allow funding to be established for Phase 3 of the Project. Was promoted to Project Controls Supervisor and was respsponsible for recruiting my back-to-back replacement, 2 Cost Control Supervisors and for establishing an integrated Cost / Scheduling and Estimating Work/Cost Breakdown structure to take the Project through full execution. Review and establish a detailed scope of work for Phase 3 (FEED) of the project and prepare the Project Execution Plan for faproval by the DRB (Decision Review Board) and the PAC (Partners Advisory Committee).
