·          Engaged on contract to set up the operational and functional processes for the Joint Venture of International Oil & Gas operators on $100 billion rehabilitation and production project in Iraq across Infrastructure,  Brownfield, Greenfield and Operational departments.

·          Development & Implementation of web-based Project Management & Control system and implemented it globally including training and maintenance of system.

·          Engaged with Greenfield FEED and Detail Design Reviews.

·          Attended regular client and contractor HAZOP’s, process safety meetings, Engineering reviews, HSE audits and reviews, Risk Reviews, etc.

·          Spearheading the implementation of new project management processes and procedures to optimise project initiation, contract management, compliance, schedule and cost control across entire lifecycle of the projects.

·          Developed project collaboration processes across Project Services Department (Cost, Schedule & Risk) to optimize Primavera P6. Introduced Pertmaster Risk Expert to enhance risk management solutions.

·          Providing expertise advice on contracts, and mediation on contract difficulties, conflicts and dispute resolution.

·          Implementation of a Global Project Collaboration system off the SharePoint 2010 platform to help manage multi continent liaison of suppliers, vendors, and client. This included of Knowledgebase of processes to deliver consistent reporting across the venture accessed locally or internationally via secure web access.

·          Responsible for training of multi-national and local staff in new systems, processes, and procedures and acted as focal point for client engagement of the same.

·          Facilitation of client and government ministry for cost recovery solutions on existing facilities.

·          Liaison across the entire organisation for Management of Change.
