Project Manager. The aim of the project was the development and approval of baseline of 2 projects within the major

program of "GAS" in Yamal. Results of the project - baseline of construction of pipeline external

transport and rail terminal for receiving and sending products to the end consumer, approved by the

customer. 

2nd project- create IVR, RBT platform and integration at sites opreatorov provider. As

a result of the work to subscribers of mobile operators were able to take advantage of new VAS services.

A mobile operators have a new source of revenue. During the the project were defined the scope of the

project, was formed the main project team, creating WBS, identified the main risks. Permanently

monitor and control the progress of the project. At the end of the project was formed archive project and

lessons learned.
