  1. Tracking & Monitoring of L2 & L3 EPC Schedule on the basis of Daily, Weekly Monthly & Quarterly progress reports.
  2. Preparation of S-Curve for different Project.
  3. Cost Control & Cost Analysis
  4. Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work, and highlight action to meet the schedule, if delayed
  5. Delay analysis for the different Project on the basis of SPI and Current Back Log.
  6. Preparation of MIS Reports for the Top Management on Weekly & Monthly basis.
  7. Gathering and summarizing data to support orders, schedule forecasting for projects and for overall business team.
  8. Coordination between Site & Clients Planning Department.
  9. Preparation of Work Package units for critical Areas.
  10. Preparation and Coordination with site Team for Catch Up Program.
