  • Planning of Each item of work as per available Resources and planning.
  • Responsible for Mechanical activities of project progress on planned vs. actual.
  • Conduct site inspection to update progress..
  • To coordinate & Report to Head Office and work for the direction.
  • Checking client documents, preparing deviation and clarification list.
  •  Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
  • Defining and updating the Project programmed. Assessing progress of the works & evaluating claims.
  • Having discussions with the project co-coordinators at HO; regarding the sub – contractors Note for Approval, MOM & Work Order.
  •  Preparation of Monthly Review meeting Report.
  • Preparing Project execution plan (PEP).
  •  Day to Day Preparing Daily Report of Work done & Productivity report of each item of work.
  •   Day to Day Planning of Each item of work as per available Resources and planning.
  •  Receiving the quotation from the sub-agencies as per our enquiry posted
  •   Ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with all codes, standards and procedures of engineering design.
