- Responsible for Mechanical activities of project progress on planned vs. actual.
- Conduct site inspection to update progress..
- To coordinate & Report to Head Office and work for the direction.
- Checking client documents, preparing deviation and clarification list.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
- Defining and updating the Project programmed. Assessing progress of the works & evaluating claims.
- Having discussions with the project co-coordinators at HO; regarding the sub – contractors Note for Approval, MOM & Work Order.
- Preparation of Monthly Review meeting Report.
- Preparing Project execution plan (PEP).
- Day to Day Preparing Daily Report of Work done & Productivity report of each item of work.
- Day to Day Planning of Each item of work as per available Resources and planning.
- Receiving the quotation from the sub-agencies as per our enquiry posted
- Ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with all codes, standards and procedures of engineering design.
