• Prepared materials planning, manpower planning and equipment planning for the fabrication of multiple subsea structures.
• Monitored fabrication of multiple subsea structures starting from pre-fabrication, fabrication, erection up to testing and commissioning.
• Analysed fabrication progress, manpower productivity, calculate schedule performance index and cost performance index to reforecast schedule and cost.

Kipper Tuna Turrum (KTT) Project – Australia ($4.4B - Oil & Gas Project in Bass Straight, Victoria)

• Planned the manpower and materials required for the Hookup and Commissioning (HUC) of the new Marlin B Platform of KTT Project.
• Conducted HUC progress analysis, earned value management and cost forecasting.
• Prepared progress reports and management presentation to keep key stakeholders informed of the project status.
