Set up and trained a 22 person PMO in support of a 3 billion USD High Speed Broadband Rollout Project. Developed a 5,000 element WBS covering the fully integrated end to end process for this 10 year long project. WBS included the entire program life span, from new product development to sales and marketing to implementation. Over 200,000 fully cost and resource loaded activities in P6, with a flat file interface between Primavera P6 and SAP, because SAP was unable to handle the level of detail management required to be able to manage such a complex project.
