Responsible of planning, controlling, updating and reporting the engineering activities interfaced with Procurement and Construction.
Preparation of Weekly / Monthly progress reports.
Preparation of Four Week Look-Ahead Schedules.
Preparation of Mini Plans for various disciplines.
Manpower and Man Hours Calculations based on project codes.
Preparation of S-Curve and Histogram.
