Responsibilities             

• Project planning and scheduling (With Cost And Resource Loading)
• Developing logic networks based on critical path 
• Framing work breakdown structure / activity code structure 
• Project progress monitoring & Schedule compliance 
• Project cost controlling by calculating Man hours
•  Identifying bottleneck areas and alerting management 
• Coordination and interface with client, and other sub-contractors 
• Conceptualizing project execution plans, finalizing Scope of work after thorough discussion with Clients, and conducting project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits 
•  Control of monthly production schedule, Material schedule, reports and Progress reports (oncluding MIS reports) 
• Control of material for assigned projects. (ERP and Primavera Packages.) 
• Preparation of Build Strategy 
• Project budgeting and control 
• Cardinal Program charts and detail pert monitoring 
• Providing earned value information of projects in line with the requirements 

• Introduced new system to Monitor labor Deployed at site
• Introduced cost control management system by teaching each engineering staff about planning activities, Resources and avoiding multiple works.
• Implemented wastage analysis on each activity with time.
