  • Plan, monitor and control the development of the project scheduling requirements including; development of early work schedule, baseline master schedule, progress measurement, forecasting, maintenance of the Page3current schedule, resource and manpower planning, the reporting of variances from plan and the development of recovery plans for consideration by the Project Manager.
  • Plan, monitor and control the development of the project cost reporting requirements including; development of WBS, recasting of the estimate to form the baseline control budget, management of committed, incurred invoiced, forecast to go and forecast cost at completion, reporting of variance there from and generation of cash flows.
  • Management of scope change, change to forecast cost via trends and approved changes, impact on schedule and adjustment to contingency.
  • Support the development, award and administration of procurement packages and contracts by providing budgets, cost control and schedule requirements, assessment of contractor’s schedule and cost management systems, processing of Contract’s progress invoices.
  • Plan, monitor and control the development of control estimates, and pricing of scope changes and trends.
  • With the support of the systems group, plan, monitor and control the implementation and support of project systems including; infrastructure, communication link, and application software (cost, schedule, document control, contracts and procurement) on operating environment.
  • In close consultation with the Project Manager and the Discipline Leads, establish the month end reporting requirements and then proceed to plan, monitor and control the delivery of those requirements for the duration of the project.
