1.      Head of the Project Planning Department ( Managing and Monitoring all Scheduling activities of the Project and cost recording)

2.      Developing Master Schedule (work in the Company head office and on site)

3.      Developing Work Execution Schedule

4.      Coordination with the Client for implementation of the Client’s requirements

5.      Determine Resources for planned works

6.      Distribution of  Look Ahead’s

7.      Guidance to all work fronts to maintain time line for activities

8.      Maintain standards of Planning and comply with Company’s Planning &      Scheduling requirements.

9.      Take action in rectifying problems in the workplace or suggest amendments to the schedule.

10.Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements

11.Reporting to the top management on planning issues in the timely manner

12.Drawing up Manpower Histograms and Progress Curves

13.Keeping track of all Civil, Structural, Piping and Electrical activities on the daily bases (checking progress on Site and getting daily and weekly reports from the Supervisors and General Foremen)
