·         Prepare Project Programme of Work in accordance with a defined WBS

·         Analyze the Critical path of the project and prepare a Programme Risks and Opportunities register. 

·         Resources load the program and produce resources histograms and S-curves. 

·         Prepare Project deployment diagram that reflects the following Load programs with operative resources and produce a Resources Usage 

·         Profile document with every program update with comparison to the baseline program 

·         Closely worked with the procurement team for expediting material delivery

·         Assist Project Manager in Budget preparation, monitors and controls expenditures. 

·         Cost loads the program and produces cash flow histograms and S-curves. 

·         Prepares management reports for financial ETC and budgetary data.
