  • Prepare project master schedule and project detailed schedules.
  • Monitoring and Controlling of the integrated schedule of all project activities including Civil, Mechanical and Electrical during the construction phase.
  • Prepare reports on Baseline vs Current Schedules plus analysis on forecast for weekly progress report to the top project management team.
  • Interface with Engineering, Construction and Commissioning activities to align activities according to plan
  • Preparation of float and critical path analysis
  • Issue Project Weekly/Monthly Progress report
  • Review invoices of contractors. Update and maintain the project milestone schedule using Primavera P3.
  • Develop, update and maintain stand alone schedules as required by the client.
  • Interface with subcontractors to merge and review their specialty contract schedules, schedule review and analysis with the cli­ent project scheduler.
  • Perform monitoring procedures of civil, mechanical, and electrical phases of certain processes of the project.
  • Responsible for the development of project planning, sched­uling, monitoring and reporting procedures.
  • Actively participate in the development of project im­plementation workshops and meetings.
  • Assist in the development of the project implementation plans for all projects/activities.
  • Provide required project control support to various project team members for effective execution of pro­grams.
  • Actively participate in frequent tracking of activities in terms of schedule.
  • Provide regular updates regarding project status and raise flags in case of any potential  impact and variances on cost and schedule.
  • Support inter-active planning process for project mobilization, marine and offshore works and equipment deliverables, resource loading of man-hours and budgeted quantities into the schedule.
  • Support cost engineer with the schedule related data, develop weekly and monthly reports regarding manpower, man-hours, marine and offshore works progress, perform monitoring procedures of civil/structural phase of the project.
  • Update primavera (P3) Integrated Master Schedule based on monthly progress reports.
  • Prepare three weeks look-ahead & one month look-ahead schedules based on approved baseline master schedule considering actual site condition and information from the field/construction people.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress plan targets, and generate progress s-curves & quantity s-curves.
  • Team Member of ARAMCO-KJO Risk Assessment Team (2006-2008)

Coordinate with the construction group and construction managers regarding encountered problems in progress reporting
