JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage & control of a large project of SADARA Petrochemical Al-Jubail KSA as Project Control Specialist.
  2. Provide personnel administration / staffing activities, establishing objectives, providing technical direction and support 
  3. Prepare Level 1 Monthly Cost Reporting of different Units including Change management summary, Level 1 Cost report, Revenue changes, Man Hour Reconciliation, Level 4 Cost Report.  
  4. Preparation of detail WER status Reports. 
  5. Update Staffing Plan and generate report as per requirement 
  6. Support Planning to prepare detail construction Schedule and weekly reporting 
  7. Prepare and Maintain change management log of IK & OOK. Development of PCN (Scope Changes, LSPB Contracts, Dedicated Services WERs and Shared Services WERs)   
  8. Preparation of estimates for content/pricing and checks indirect costs to ensure thoroughness of bids. 
  9. Tracks and reports on actual versus estimated unit rates. Ensures project cost and scheduling activities comply with company and client requirements 
  10. Collaborates with division management to maintain corporate business plan, and with accounting department to ensure accurate divisional reporting in corporate reports 
  11. Work with all project disciplines to ensure understanding & analysis of total project cost budget allowances and targets  Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance 
  12. Analysis of bottlenecks and taking timely remedial action of potential delays. 
  13. Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved project effectiveness. 
  14. Coordinating with Site Management for the specific activities and keeping the overall contractual and day-to-day commitments with client
