October, 2012 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage & control of a large project of SADARA Petrochemical Al-Jubail KSA as Project Control Specialist.
- Provide personnel administration / staffing activities, establishing objectives, providing technical direction and support
- Prepare Level 1 Monthly Cost Reporting of different Units including Change management summary, Level 1 Cost report, Revenue changes, Man Hour Reconciliation, Level 4 Cost Report.
- Preparation of detail WER status Reports.
- Update Staffing Plan and generate report as per requirement
- Support Planning to prepare detail construction Schedule and weekly reporting
- Prepare and Maintain change management log of IK & OOK. Development of PCN (Scope Changes, LSPB Contracts, Dedicated Services WERs and Shared Services WERs)
- Preparation of estimates for content/pricing and checks indirect costs to ensure thoroughness of bids.
- Tracks and reports on actual versus estimated unit rates. Ensures project cost and scheduling activities comply with company and client requirements
- Collaborates with division management to maintain corporate business plan, and with accounting department to ensure accurate divisional reporting in corporate reports
- Work with all project disciplines to ensure understanding & analysis of total project cost budget allowances and targets Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance
- Analysis of bottlenecks and taking timely remedial action of potential delays.
- Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved project effectiveness.
- Coordinating with Site Management for the specific activities and keeping the overall contractual and day-to-day commitments with client
