In order to ensure quality, traceability and integrity of the planning department outputs.

  • Development of project health dashboards and schedule tracking dashboards to assist the construction team in the timeous achievement of their deliverables.
  • Investigate delay impacts caused by Quantity increases, engineering changes, Scope increases and access delays by the client.
  • Establish the Baseline schedule and basis of schedule.
  • Determine the schedule impacts of each delay through the windows time sliced method.
  • Demonstrate SSBR’s entitlement in terms of time and time related costs arising from each delay instance over a 36 month period prior to my employment.
  • Planning resource training and development in schedule maintenance, progress reporting, schedule forensics and delay analysis.
  • Currently managing a team of 3 permanent and 4 consultant planners for the Kusile project.
