Worked as Project Planning & Expeditor for various Electro-Mechanical Projects awarded by PDO, OMAN-GAS, AL-Barkha Desalination Plant, Strabag LLC, CCC, etc. Was transferred from sister concern company Construction Services LLC, to establish this new venture, as Electro-Mechanical Contractors & Oilfield Materials Traders.

• Responsible for producing schedules for Project activities and managing manpower & resources for the projects.
• Performing expediting activities on projects, in a support office, or at a jobsite to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project needs.
• Developing and maintaining effective MIS and reporting structure. Generating Reports of Cost curves, Cash-flow curves, Resource utilization curves, Resource planning, Progress monitoring and performance reporting on monthly, weekly and daily basis to the consultants and management
• Participates in pre and post-award meetings to review and discuss job alignments, schedules and potential problem areas that may impact project schedules. Interprets schedules to ensure they are realistic, that required activities occur on time and interface between activities is maintained.
• Initiating corrective actions in case of deviations from baseline program and suggesting recovery measures in consultation with site team and management. Liaising with the Contractors and providing real-time project data for effective contract administration. Liaising with quantity surveyor for monthly invoicing for work in progress
