¨      Coordinating with the Process, Utility and Workshop departments for day to day planned works and make plan for next day + one month look-ahead activities.

¨      Coordinate with subcontractors in integrating their activites in the master plan.

¨      Planning standby work activities for next day+ one week which can be taken up in case planned works are disrupted due to operational requirements.

¨      Planning and coordination for additional works of Priorty1 & Priorty2 activities for immediate or next day including permit to work, materials and resources.

¨      Coordinating with supervisors and technicians for carrying out daily works and for rearranging the daily works if some jobs are delayed due to operational requirements and take up standby jobs to utilize manpower effectively. This is done in consultation with Area Engineers/Supervisors.

¨      Updating master database and schedule every week for closed out job requests in PACER by for Process, Utility and Workshop works

¨      Ensuring that PTW are raised in advance so that the planned works for next day +one week are carried out smoothly. Request operations action on all necessary PTW.

¨      Conducting daily planning meetings with operations.

¨      Conducting weekly meeting to update MR Status with warehouse personnel.

¨      Accountable for preparing and releasing MR and WR status reports to all concerned parties monthly /yearly and also monthly report on number of jobs open, new jobs, jobs closed, jobs completed department wise showing a trend of work.

¨      Preparing scope and detailed plan in conjunction with philosophy of carrying out painting repair works on corroded valves and piping for various units in the plant and LNG loading arms taking into account the operational requirements.

¨      Responsible for consolidating all the job requests for Process, Utility and Workshop departments in Primavera & Excel and update the same every day and Update database from PACER for new job request & closed job requests.

¨      Responsible for preparing small unit shutdown packages.

¨      Responsible for maintaining the schedule compliance level and KPIs.
