·     Developed and monitored the overall Strategic Master Programme for Al Barari Development Phase 1, a residential development for high end market luxury villas, with associated infrastructure, landscaping, waterways, lakes, themed gardens, and community facilities.  Approximate construction cost USD 550 million

·     Managed planning & scheduling activities including development of summary and detailed project programmes, monitoring and validation of progress and performance, review of schedule deviations and execution of project control systems

·     Directed the full integration between the estimating, cost control, planning/scheduling, and risk management functions within projects

·     Prepare overall schedule report analysis for the weekly/monthly progress reports

·     Project Manager responsible for design, procurement and construction of 29 Luxury Villas estimated at USD 175 million, and Community Facilities estimated at USD 14 million in Phase 1 of Al Barari Development

·     Involved in business development activities such as preparation of tender programmes, technical proposals and strategic planning
