1.    Lead Planning Engineer / Project Controls Lead (Second in-charge) - QCLNG Upstream Project comprising 11 Field Compressor Systems & 2 Central Processing Plants, in Surat Basin, Queensland, Australia

·           Line Manager for 4 planning engineers

·           Delivery and maintenance of detailed Project Baseline Schedules and Project Construction Schedules

·           Delivery and maintenance of cost control systems, end of month forecasting and budget monitoring.

·           Delivery and maintenance of effective Project Control Systems using Earned Value Management.

·           Prepare Senior Management Weekly Reports with clear and concise Key Performance Indicators

·           Drive ownership of Project Control parameters across all Project stakeholders,

·           Develop and align Project Control Systems to effectively capture and address Change.

·            Prepared detailed site based Construction Schedules containing metrics associated with progress / performance and quantities.

·           Organized and managed routine meetings with Field Construction personnel to review progress.

·           Reviewed the impact of Client Supplied material status on the construction schedule and provide succinct analysis to Project Management & Construction Management on potential impacts to work fronts and key milestone dates.

·           Provided schedule input to the development of any schedule interface dates for other projects being constructed alongside.

·           Facilitated development of the pre-commissioning & commissioning schedule

·           Facilitated the understanding and participation of the project/subcontract schedule reviews by Field Construction Team.

·           Co-ordinated with Field supervision on the constructability input into the schedule.   

·           Supported detailed schedule analysis and work around option planning as required.

·           Provided routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling guidance. Analysed, and provided innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems, as required.

·           Provided guidance to the Client on Project Control issues, as required.
