  • Developed detailed and comprehensive baseline resource-loaded CPM schedules for several work packages.

  • Monitored actual site progress against the baseline schedule. Identified and reported variances, areas of concern and proposed measures for mitigation of delays.

  • Created recovery/acceleration plans and estimated necessary resource requirements.

  • Prepared look-ahead schedules, weekly & monthly schedule update and progress reports, including Cumulative Curves, resource histograms, manpower reports, percent complete and Earned Value reports.

  • Developed performance indicators and S-curves for various work packages.

  • Reviewed Subcontractor schedules and followed up on their progress to ensure conformance to the master schedule.

  • Monitored and reported on issues that could give rise to additional costs or delays.

  • Liaised with the Contract Administrator in preparation of claims and provided necessary supporting schedule information.

  • Drafted correspondence to the Owner’s Representative (Bechtel) and major Subcontractors

  • Ensured proper documentation and proof of potential claims. Tracked, and maintained a log for all delay/disruption events.

  • Performed scope verification / scope control: studied incoming “Issued for Construction” drawings and compared them to Bid Documents to identify variations or additional work.

  • Administered and prepared accounts for all Change Orders and cost reimbursable items.

  • Prepared a comprehensive assessment for the impact of material price escalation

  • Administered issuance of, and collected all necessary documentation for, all Project Retention Recovery Invoices.

  • Priced, negotiated & finalized Contract Variations with the Owner (West Delta Electricity Production Company) & Construction Manager (Bechtel).
