  • Construction Planner/Scheduler - Construction Phase
  • Prepare construction and installation schedules of the project using Primavera Project Planner (P3) in compliance with the project requirements.
  • Resource loading and leveling of construction schedule by integrating the appropriate manpower requirements for each discipline relative to the overall project needs.
  • Coordinate with Procurement for the delivery and installation of all critical mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Perform schedule analysis and studies problem areas to identify, monitor and highlight critical path of scheduled activities.
  • Prepare, update, track and monitor progress reports consisting of physical percent completion of direct work.
  • Summarizes man-hour forecasts and calculates the percentage completion of man-hours used and their variances with the man-hour budget.
  • Update weekly and monthly progress reports (S-curves, Performance, Manpower, and Cost reports) using the Installation Control System (ICS), MS Excel, MS Access and Primavera Project Planner (P3).
  • Conduct visual inspection of actual progress of each job activity in job site.
  • Prepare detail billing report of installed materials and equipment for the Installation Department’s monthly billing claims to the Client.
  • Liaise with the client’s representative in the job site for actual inspection, verification and assessment of the Department’s monthly billing claims.
  • Attend progress meetings to discuss critical paths and restraints to determine effect of change or deviation from the plan and recommend workarounds to mitigate impacts, and maintain an awareness of the risk profile of the project schedule.

 

Position: MAINTENANCE PLANNER – Commissioning and Maintenance Department

  • Manage Maintenance staff consisting of Mechanical and E&I supervisors and technicians for the smooth workflow of Maintenance Section in support to Commissioning Department.
  • Reports daily to the Plant Maintenance Superintendent and works closely with Supervisors, Technicians and Storekeepers to support the function of the Plant Commissioning and Maintenance Section.
  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss maintenance backlogs, delays and other issues and concerns of plant operations.
  • Coordinate with Field Engineering to determine resources needed for production schedules.
  • Reviews work requests based on Equipment Failure Reports and determine objectives of the jobs.
  • Input data to material control system all construction and maintenance materials in support to project operations within established plan quantities.
  • Prepare and schedule all commissioning and maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive, inspection, testing) of all Plant’s equipments based on equipment maintenance frequency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate level of spare parts and other materials needed for post construction and maintenance.
  • Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance work orders as per request from the Commissioning and Operations Group in fulfillment of the department’s role in the project.
  • Establish and maintain plant history and other technical files to include information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid delays.
  • Expedite materials from vendors when there are delays in delivery.
  • Provide feedback to Field Engineering and vendors to improve delivery times, cost and quality of materials.
  • Recommend measures to improve equipment performance and production methods.
  • Stage materials and special tools as required.
  • Evaluate job feedback to improve future work.
