  • Instrumental in the build-up and running of the planning department, providing support to all functions of the business (Operations, Assets, Commercial & Tendering).
  • In-house Graduate Training on Project Controls.
  • Excellent FPAL feedback from Stakeholders & Clients on planning deliverables.
  • Maintain frequent contact with Senior Project Engineer & PM in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of planning procedures, reports, plans & programmes.
  • Carry out "what if" and risk analyses to anticipate unforeseen changes to the Project and quantify potential impact and mitigation plans.
  • Forecasting of project status, milestones and key target dates. 
  • In-depth Engineering knowledge of the industry to support the project with other deliverables and concerns.
  • Collaboration with Project team in ensuring all project work and the company planning procedures are completed as per the contract and company’s standards.
  • Cross linking of schedules with Procurement, Logistics, Risk Assessment, Change, Constraints and Key dates interpretation to support the resolution of problems
