Scope of Work of the project:

New intake, pre-treatment, chlorination system, extended pumping system for injection water & uninterruptible water supply. Water treatment plant of 140,000 bpd capacity comprising of filtration, de-aeration, chemical injection & pumping. New produced water skim tank and produced water pumps. New central 100 bar & 220 bar injection pumps, distribution/branch pipelines and control manifolds. Oil & gas process de-bottlenecking comprising of new gas boots, skim tank, oil tank & various pump sets. New fiber optic cable link & control room for oil & water systems

involving transfer of controls from existing separate oil (CPF) & water control rooms. New substation.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

1)   Planning, Scheduling & Schedule Control [using Primavera Project Planner (for Windows), Microsoft Excel & Word] by preparing and updating Precedence Network & Bar Chart (Level - 1) and Manpower Histogram. Implementation Schedule (Level-2) CPM Network/Bar Chart. Detailed Schedules (Level - 3). Site Construction Schedule. Construction Equipment Schedule. Test Schedule, Tie-in & Shutdown Schedule,

        Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Schedule, identifying all systems. Completion & Hand Over Schedule.

                            2)   Progress Reporting by preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Report (with a look ahead) covering status of

                                   Design, Procurement, Construction, summary of man-hours worked, safety statistics, graphs & tables showing

                                   actual & planned (progress & manpower). Summary of areas of concern, identifying impact on the performance

                                   of work & corrective actions. Progress Billings. Updated Schedules. Trend Register recording the nature,

                                   cost & status of all variations to scope of work. Attending Progress Review Meetings with client.
