Scope of Work of the project:

Engineering, Procurement & Construction works for Villas (Multi-storied Houses), boundary walls, water tanks, septic tanks including commissioning of various systems viz. potable/domestic water, hot/cold water, foul/waste water, storm/rain water, electrical power/lighting, grounding, telephone / communication systems.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

1)       Planning, Scheduling & Control of the project by preparing & updating Level 1-Works Master Schedule,

Level 2- Detailed Works CPM Network, Level 3-Detailed Schedules, Level 4-Three Weeks Look ahead Schedules, using Primavera Project Planner (P3 for Windows), Microsoft Excel & Word.

2)       System development for progress measurement, analysis & reporting through Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.

3)       Preparing Monthly Invoices. Estimating quantities & cost. Attending Progress Review Meetings with the client.
