Scope of Work of the project:

Turnkey construction of Potable Water Transmission System from Qidfa Water & Power Plant to Al Ain (with a design capacity of 100 MIGD) and to Al Dhaid (with a design capacity of 20 MIGD). Water Transmission System include 2 x 64” Æ  pipelines of 178.165 km. length from Qidfa to Al Ain,2 x 24” Æ pipelines of  18 km. length from Qidfa to Al Dhaid, Qidfa Pumping Station (capacity 100 MIGD), 2 intermediate reservoirs (5 MIG each) at highest altitude of routing, 5 storage reservoirs (20 MIG each i.e. 2 at Al Oha & Al Ain, 1 at Al Hayer), 2 storage reservoirs (10 MIG each) at Al Dhaid, associated civil works, buildings, HVAC, piping systems, pumping stations, electrical, instrumentation, control.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

Planning, Scheduling & Control of the project by preparing & updating Schedules (CPM Networks & Bar Charts), manpower & equipment loading schedules & histograms,  progress curves, progress reports using

computer  software viz.  Primavera Project Planner (P3 for Windows) and Microsoft Excel & Word.
