Scope of Work of the project:

            Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of a fully operational Railway System comprising of

            the earthworks, sub-grade, sub-ballast, bridges, culverts, level crossings, sleepers, ballast and laying of 1435 mm gauge

            lines of around 2,500 km. length for the passenger and general freight main line from Riyadh to Qurayyat (Jordan Border) and mineral traffic line from the mines (at Hazm Al Jalamid and Az Zabairah) to facilities in Ras As Zawr including the rolling stock, rail transport operations, facilities & workshops and signaling & telecom (control) system.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

1)       To review, comment, approve plans, programs (CPM network), schedules, methodology, productivity data,

estimates of quantities, cost & time, manpower & equipment loading schedules & histograms,  cost loading,

progress curves, progress reports, Forensic Planning, EOT Claims, Tender / Bid Technical Submittals etc.

prepared by contractors using Primavera Project Planner (P6, P5, P3), Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word.

2)       Planning & Control by preparing & updating Schedules (CPM Networks, Bar Charts), Progress Curves.

3)       Progress analysis & reporting through Monthly Reports. Attending Progress Review Meetings with the client.
