Ø  Identification of job volume, criticalness, material requirements, rigging requirement & Pre-T/A arrangement through site visit and scope studies. 
Ø  Developing the activities, logic & resources for the assigned project sub-elements leading to the creation of the baseline schedule 
Ø  Creating and assigning specific activity codes for activities.
Ø  Creating and assigning specific calendars for activities
Ø  Identifying areas of uncertainty and applying appropriate allowances
Ø  Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P6).
Ø  Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Ø  Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules,
Ø  Identification of sub-contractor jobs and submitting request 
Ø  Preparation of workbook with all necessary documents and getting approval from client
Ø  Preparation of method statement for critical jobs and Attending Task Risk Assessment meeting for critical jobs.
Ø  Identification of plant and machinery requirements.
Ø  Identification tools and consumable requirements. 
Ø  Identification critical lifting locations and preparing rigging study with rigging specialist
Ø  Extracting total man-hours from baseline schedule thereby extracting manpower requirement on each day of turnaround. 
Ø  Identification of supervisor and foreman requirement based on job locations and volume. 
Ø  Preparing manpower histogram and extracting resource from it
Ø  Distributing manpower to various area of Turnaround in accordance with the approved man hours.
Ø  Preparing equipment plot plan.
Ø  Preparing job tracking sheet and job control sheet.
Ø  Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
Ø  Collecting and updating daily progress and creating report with job forecast, highlights and S-Curve.
Ø  Creating look ahead plans.
Ø  Tracking the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption
Ø  Assessing and incorporating the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and identification of alternate approaches to optimize the plan.
Ø  Creating recovery and back up plans.
Ø  Contributing to close-out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work.
