Mr. Haller has over 40 years of experience in office buildings, data centers, educational, correctional justice, healthcare, power plant, petrochemical, entertainment, retail, water treatment, pipeline, seaport, transportation, information systems, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and residential projects. He has a strong background in all phases of construction management, combined with experience in critical path method scheduling, cost engineering, change order review, earned value management, risk assessment, and claims mitigation, negotiation, and resolution. He has provided all levels of construction management, from initial conceptual planning to multi-project budgeting and value engineering, design monitoring, constructability reviews and bid process management to complete construction field management services, through commissioning, project close-out and establishment and maintenance of warranty programs. He has proven success in project management, project controls, cost monitoring, project control systems, enterprise resource planning, cost estimating, claims mitigation, master scheduling on public and private sector projects utilizing professional engineering and business skills such as financial studies, value engineering, scope optimization, quality assurance, and performance reporting. At Arcadis, he is responsible for project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, and business development, as well as analysis and consulting tasks as necessary.
