Contract Planning engineer & project controls management for the Design, Build, and Operation of Small (25%) and Medium (50%) Scale Test Rigs. Using Primavera P6 for the management of the level 3 project programme and delivery at level 4 by the responsible contractor. Responsibilities include schedule progress reporting and Earned Value Management to ensure accurate Performance Measurement to the client, and co-ordinating with the contractor through Design, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning phases of work.

       Also developing project controls procedures and applicable process maps in line with business requirements, including schedule review documents to report on integrity, quality and best practice.
