Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Expert Planners- a call for help,

I am undertaking some front-end planning for an Ethylene plant and as part of the Engineering Execution Strategy we are considering mobilising production Engineering facilities in Bombay,India &(city undecided),Iran.

I am interested in benchmark productivity factors for Production Engineering of all disciplines in these regions or any other information that would be of assistance for this planning effort.

Can anyone tell me in their experience about the Quality of Engineering work in these regions and the availabilty of Engineering manpower?

All comments welcome...
