Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

How to get physical percentage complete to rollup upto my wbs and project level?

Vidhya,

You can use a time base resource by using duration, however, it is not an accurate assessment of physical percentage complete.

When you say physical percentage complete, it should be based on estimated quantities and then converting this to weighted value by using a common unit of measure time or money (Manhours, Mandays or Dollar Value).

Hi Vidhya,

First off, you need to have a common unit of measure (Manhours, Mandays, Dollar or a Weighted Value) broken down to the activity level and loaded to your P6 programme.
