Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can anyone tell me if I am perhaps doing something wrong. When I copy an existing project and have selected the 'Activities' check box the newly created copy does not have the codes ! I have had to use a global change into User_text2 and then edit the new projects to get the codes back into the new project.

Ronnie,

Global Codes are not going to be copied with ... Copy the Global Activity codes into the Project Activity codes and assign The Project activity codes to the activities ...in this case copied projects will carry the same codes..
