Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I need some help, anyone advise me???.....

We generally run P6 through a web based provider however a colleague has a standalone copy (P6.2.1) he prefers to use for speed.

The problem is that when he creates a view with the Company Logo attached in the footer, the Logo (J-PEG file) is missing.

I am sure I have read before that this is a known issue and a "Patch" is available for an update to resolve the problem, but cannot find this a

At the moment I am having to upload the XER file and apply my layout to print.

Can anyone, confirm/deny that

1. I am correct regarding the Patch?

2. If there is a simpler way to resolve the problem?

3. Where can I get the patch?

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Rob
