Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is there any way to export the activity code descriptions when exporting to excel?  Have inherited a schedule and would like to tie it to a data-base (Access).  Unfortunately, the original planner set up an activity code (global) that has over 170+ codes and do not want to export the activity codes and then have to manually input their descriptions.

Much thanks.

You're right:  High-light the top line, hold the shift key down and click the bottom line, choose "copy" and then paste to the spreadsheet.  You know, the easy way, like every other time trying to copy multiple rows of data.  Duh!

Do appreciate the help overcoming my brain-lock, it certainly does slow one down.

You should be able to copy & paste from the code table?
