Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Milestones with actual dates for baseline

I'm comparing this months progress and last months progress. I used last month's programme as a baseline for this month's programme and reflect it in the Gantt Chart. So since I'm using last month's programme as a baseline (just for comparison) there are actual dates for tasks and milestones. No problem with task dependent activities, the problem is with the milestones with actual dates. Instead of showing it behind the data date line, it was shown ahead of the data date line just like a planned date. Anyone knows how to solve this. Thanks.

If you don't have the right settings chosen, Primavera will display planned dates instead of actual for baseline projects.

Check the link below for Paul Harris' excellent explanation of this issue

Hi Ron

If a milestone has been reached and achieved you need to set completion at 100%.
