Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Please guide me to find every month how to find the over all planned % percentage VS Actualprogress Percentage

This is ok, But u can do Every month wise schedule take % that is Planned %

This one method this not correct method also

Any one guide me how to take the planned % (Proper way)

Hai Arun
If ur Program is not Cost Loaded u can track Planned Vs Actual Based on Duration
In order to Get Month Planned% u can try the following Steps
1.Check Duration Type- Fixed duration&Units, Percentage Complete-Duration
2.Copy Ur Program & Paste it.
3.Tools - Update Progress-Select The Date(Show Time also)
4.Press F9 - Select The Date(Same Date what u gave in Update Progress)
5.Schedule it
6.Note Down Schedule% For the Corresponding month
7.Repeat the Step 2,3,4 for the other month
8.Schedule% is calculated based on formula
(OD-RD/OD)*100 OD-Orginal Duration
RD-Remining Duration
I hope it might work for as its not resorce loaded
