Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Arnold,
You don’t need to change the duration format, and it will work as long as the resource analysis is in hour.

Alaa,
How many hours per day are they working? Are you using shift/day?
You can organize your resource by WBS level 4 then Resource then Start. Under Start group interval change to day as shown below

Hi Alaa,

Go to Resource Assignment and Group it by Resource ID or Name.

Hi Alaa,

Is your Original Duration is in Hour? Otherwise, if not the resource distribution will be in days.

Change the Day into Hour. Go to Edit --> User Preferences --> Time Units Tab, "Units & Durations Format". Similarly, change the Resource Analysis from Day to Hour.

When done, try to adjust the Timescale, Date Interval to "Day/Hour".

Arnold
