Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Pls check your Start and Finish Colum.
They should show the date and TIME.

Otherwise P6 is not counting the first day.

See also the DATES Articel on this site.
It explains a lot about working whit dates.

Take a look at the thread title: CALENDAR

Maybe your activities have different calendars, also make sure there is no relationship lag.

Dear Arun,

Maybe you need to check the modeling again and try to model your program with FS instead of SS activities.

The Definition of Start to Start means that the initiation of the work of the successor schedule activitiy depends upon the initiation of the work of the predecessor schedule activity. Is this what you actually want!

With kind regards,

Samer
