(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Units % Complete Error

Basically I have a column for the Units % complete that is adding up wrong.

I have all my activities set for Completion type = to Units and individual activities units % complete are correct, but in the WBS Banding the total Unit % complete do not add up. for instance my Budgeted Labour Units for the broject = 143553 and my Actual Labour Units for the project = 59830. The Units % complete at the top of the project is saying 48.13% but if you do the math it equals 41.67%. Why is the % complete incorrect?

Hi Ken

The calculation for Units % Complete doesn’t consider your budgeted units. It is calculated as Actual Units/At Complete Units*100, therefore, it is important that your Actual & Remaining Units are correct, to get the tool to give the right answer.
