Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

I have prepared a WBS earned value report based on all my activity % weighting (Project->WBS). This is working well. Now our client requires an S-Curve between early and late dates. In P3, this is possible, I don’t know in P6. Is there an equivalent resource curve in P6 where I can show these 2 curves (early vs. late dates)?

Regards,

Joe

Dear all,

A late earned value of progressing program.... Is it useful to use when some of the activies had a negative total float?

As far as project that I involved with we usually use an early and late curve in planning stage wherein the lowest total float is zero. Wish to enhance my knowledge if you could share me how you extract a late data with activities having a negative total float.

Regards,
RL

Hi Jose,

This is possible. Make two copies of your baseline schedule. Then assign it into your current schedule. If you need the steps, forward to me your email.

Regards,

Arnold
