Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi guys, in my WBS called Key Indicators, I created a Level of Effort activity named Summary of Finishing Works. Its predecessor is an activity named Delivery of ALL Materials with a relationship of SS.

My question is do I need to link every last finisihing activity of each room (for ex. installation of carpet) of a tower to this Level of Effort as FF relationship? Please note that ther are over 1000 rooms in a tower. It will be cumbersome to link 1000 finishing activity into one LOE activity.

Or do I need only the last finishing activity of the last room to be finished in the whole tower (last room at level 50). Or the last room each floor (about 50 as so there are 50 levels)?

What if this particular room (room 20 at level 50 is delayed and other rooms are finished first at lower levels.

What do you suggests? Thank you.

Better link it all.

Just Filter all the possible predecessor of that hammock, then multiple select it to assign as predecessor. its very easy assigning predecessor now in p6.
